Widmer Brothers Brewing is committed to raising the bar in sustainability, and in April, we published our fifth annual sustainability report to highlight our efforts to engage in the fight against climate change. We are investing in sustainability innovation, focused on preventing over 99.5% of our waste from entering landfills, and donating employee volunteer hours in the communities where we live, work and play. Green practices highlighted will include one of Oregon’s first on-site CO2 recovery systems, our progress in measuring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, specialty beer collaborations for reducing beer’s lifecycle emissions, and the new Pints for Portland community giving program.”
