2026 Downtown Portland Annual Ratepayer Board Meeting

Downtown Portland Clean & Safe is pleased to host our second, annual Ratepayer Board meeting. Each year, all ratepayers who contribute into the Clean & Safe budget through the City of Portland’s Enhanced Service District program are invited to meet the new Board of Directors for 2026-2027, learn about important program and service updates, ask questions, and make personal connections to the staff and Directors who make Clean & Safe run. This is an RSVP event and open only to individuals and companies who pay into this ESD fee- property and condominium ownership, tenants whose rent pays into C&S etc. Please register as soon as possible and be sure to submit one question. All submitted questions are compiled into categories and all attempts are made to answer as many as possible during the meeting. Any unanswered questions, or questions not able to answer at the meeting, are followed up by staff afterwards.

Access the building from street level on either 5th or 6th Avenue through revolving doors. Access the building from Plaza parking, accessible via Pine Street, crossing 5th Avenue. Take the elevators up from the parking level to the lobby. From the lobby, take the elevators to the third floor. Alternatively, the Big Pink parking structure is a 13-story parking structure located adjacent to Big Pink across 5th Avenue. Equipped with two entrances, one located on Fourth Avenue between Pine & Ankeny Streets and the second entrance located on Pine between 4th & 5th Avenue.
