The Nuts and Bolts of Client Service Agreements

Tuesday, March 16, 2021 (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (PDT)

Description

The Nuts and Bolts of Client Service Agreements is an informational legal seminar focused of the functionality and importance of contracts in your small business.

Every single business owner should have and use a client service agreement. It should be used not only for liability purposes but in a preventive way to set forth your business process rules and procedures (ie. scheduling, cancellation, payment policies). In this seminar we will discuss why these agreements are important, what they should include, and why having a strong and personalized one vs. a random google search one matters.

This Event will be conducted virtually over Zoom!
