Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers the Louisiana-based restaurant company known for its ONE LOVE® quality chicken finger meals is set to make its Portland debut on Thursday, November 21, at Pioneer Place Mall in the Roots Food District! The grand opening, featuring the history of Raising Cane's and the official ribbon-cutting by the Portland Business Alliance, will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. Attendees will be treated to traditional Raising Cane's cheers and other high-energy chants to launch the location in unique Cane's fashion, compliments of its 40 newly hired crewmembers. The restaurant officially opens for business at 10:00 a.m.
