Portland Business Alliance events are among the highest-quality networking and professional development gatherings in the Portland region, attracting more than 7,500 people each year. The Alliance offers a wide variety of events to help members boost their visibility, connect with civic and business leaders, and raise their awareness of local and regional issues.

About ShopTalk:
ShopTalk is your opportunity to have an exclusive inside look at different Alliance member companies. Join 20-30 fellow Alliance members to “talk shop” over coffee and a light breakfast. The event features open networking, member introductions, a brief host presentation, and a door-prize drawing.   

Membership and Attendance:
The Alliance is a membership-based organization so attendance at Alliance events is a benefit of membership. It is Alliance policy to welcome first-time, non-members to attend up to two networking events (ShopTalk, and Building Business Connections) without charge. You must RSVP by calling Rebecca McCulloch at 503-552-6759 by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9.

Membership is required for attendance at all additional networking events. We encourage you to become a member of the Alliance so that you can receive the benefits of membership that come with attendance at Alliance networking events.

New to Alliance events? Look for Ambassadors wearing a blue ribbon to greet you, answer any of your questions and introduce you to other members.
