Leadership Portland Application 2021

To apply for the Portland Business Alliance Leadership Portland program, class of 2021, candidates must complete this application and submit the following materials:
- professional bio
- resume
- head shot
- two letters of recommendation (one from employer and one from a community leader)

All materials must be received by the deadline listed on the Leadership Portland website. Make sure to review program schedule and requirements before you complete the application.
