This month join us at Willamette University’s Graduate & Professional Center

Located at the historic Ecotrust Building in Portland’s Pearl District, Willamette University’s Graduate & Professional Center connects ambitious professionals to high-impact career advancement without pausing their work. As Oregon’s oldest university, Willamette pairs a long tradition of academic excellence with modern, flexible graduate programs tailored specifically for working professionals: ● MS in Data Science: Designed for busy schedules, with evening classes, this program equips students with modern skills in Python, R, data engineering, and applied machine learning, culminating in a personalized capstone experience. Part-time and full-time enrollment options are available. ● MBA for Professionals: An AACSB-accredited, hybrid program developed for working professionals looking to upskill.  Our newly designed MBA for Professionals program focuses on strategic management, real-world leadership development, and cross-functional decision-making, offering actionable tools you can apply in your workplace immediately. With integrated consulting sprints throughout the program you will gain the executive leadership tools you need to scale in today’s workforce. Both programs feature flexible learning models, small cohort sizes, and direct access to Portland’s thriving business, tech, and creative networks.

We will be joined by Cam Yenokida is an executive coach and the founder of Achieve Excellence .

Cam Yenokida spent 20 years building a corporate career before walking away to start his own executive coaching practice. But the pull toward developing people, he’ll tell you, started long before that decision felt obvious. Early in his career, he noticed something that most people take years to articulate: the quality of a plan matters far less than the quality of the person leading it. “You could have the best strategy, the best system in the world, and yet the results weren’t there,” he told me. “And on the flip side, you could have an average plan, and performance was through the roof.”
