Pizzayaki is a minority/veteran, owned restaurant that serves an assortment of fabulous pizza pies and an array of luxurious teriyaki and yakisoba bowls. Its founder Kelly Hilland is a New York native that was raised in Portland Oregon before enlisting in the army, ultimately serving over 34 years for our country and retiring at the rank of Colonel. Pizzayaki is a family favorite dish that was shared on holidays with family and friends, ultimately, the family decided to share the recipe with the world.
